The views from the room and the rooftop breakfast area are fine. Staying in a room with external windows lets in that rejuvenating sea breeze and the soothing sounds of waves crashing nearby.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel gives a somewhat rundown impression, with many nearby buildings appearing unoccupied, leading to less favorable first impressions. The layout of the rooms can be a bit tight, and some noise from fellow guests can interrupt your peace, particularly if they're above you. This is hard to control in such traditional structures.

Perfectly clean place with very kind and nice staff and pleasant view of the ocean and friendly staff. Stunning location next to Medina on the Ocean, and the view of the beach along the Medina, could not be better. Also, near the main plaza at the end of the main drag Mohammed V.

The room was nice enough, but honestly, when I asked for new wifi codes, getting told 'no' as a joke was just rude. Replace that rusted bathroom bin, please. Absolutely unacceptable for this price! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't stomach it. Don't even get me started on the terrible electrical outlets situation.

Riad directly on the cliff overlooking the sea. Breakfast was okay.
It's a little hard to find. Without the help of the locals we would have been lost in the alleys.

The location and the view are perfect. Breakfast on the roof terrace is very good and wonderfully located. The room was spacious and had a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The ocean rustles right under the window and in front of it.

The welome on arrival by the staff. The beautiful decor - old Moroccan palace style. Exiting views of the sea crashing against the walls below your bedroom. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking swirling seagulls, sea, rocks and sky. Not to be missed.

Stunning and fantastic location near Mellah. Large, neat room with seaviews, three windows, the most amazing view over the atlantic.

Beautiful roof terrace where you could relax in the afternoon, perfect place for sunset in the sea. Breakfast was simple but good, various bread, jam, honey, hard-boiled egg, yoghurt.

The view from the restaurant and the terrace is unique - very friendly staff - price - pleasure ratio is right!
The beds are good - we did not like the big heavy duvet for 2 persons - with 2 single duvets of adequate size it would be optimal. The breakfast was good - but 7 days the same breakfast ...? - could be a little more varied - something fresh such as tomato, cucumber, paprika or some fruit was missing and the hard-boiled eggs taste like they were cooked the day before

Loved the ocean view, but there weren't enough electrical outlets in the room.

Architecture and style of hotel, quality and size of room and spectacular sea view.
Roof top terrace with magnificent views inaccessible due to strong and prevailing winds - some wind barriers required that do not restrict views. Restaurant views also inaccessible due to salt spray on windows.

- hotel staff was very friedly and helpful; we even had a room upgrade (but found the hotel far too expensive even at that level); - the decor of the hotel was very nice and tasteful, the rooms beautifully decorated, our suite had a fruit platter which was very welcome; the airport transport was organised very efficiently; the breakfast was royal with plenty of different things
- lack of facilities in the room - no radio / music, no internet terminal in the public area- the hamman and services were very expensive at prices of downtown spas in Paris; at that price they were not good enough, enjoyable but average; two of us were treated at the same time but each charged the full price; we were there at a very windy period, the window in this expensive suite did not fully close , so that there was a strong air current and noise that kept waking us up during the night.; generally, the price for a special room we had booked was far to expensive for this hotel, even though the hotel is nice; they should clean the windows in the rooms and the terrace area surrounded as one can no longer see through them
